If you're hungry, instead of eating drink plenty of water! If your parents have a treadmill maybe you could use that to. I am not overweight, I weigh 60 pounds, but I am here to help!

I'm overweight too. You're not alone. I have this game for the Wii called Zumba Fitness 2 and it is really fun! It's a dancing game that is great exercise and you can personalize your profile on it to put your height and weight so it can show your weight loss progress. Also, you can take real Zumba classes at a local gym. I know it might be embarrassing going to the gym but it is SO worth it! And for those bullies, they are only picking on you because they're insecure. So hold your head up high and pretend they don't exist because they are SO not worth your time.

I would say do probably 15 or 10 minutes of jumping jacks to start of with.
