ok weigh to much lol gud joke huh ok back to biznuz u need to loose weight you more than me and im older than you embaressing huh well you have to loose it cuz there are way too many things that can happen to you when you weigh too much just search it up and see listen ik somone whos 15 and he weighs like 250 ponds less than youim not trying to make you feel bad but im trying to make you realize that YOU NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT NOW!! its searious go to a doctor ASAP 400 pounds is not normal get help

Kari, you'll drop this weight. I'm battling myself and I'm near 200 pounds. Listen, I'm dieting and doing this really great thing called Zumba. You can fight this, just as I am.

Kari, it's alright. If you want to lose weight, just tell your parents and I'm sure they will help you do it. You're not beyond help and you can lose weight!

if u keep finding yourself gaining weight,buy a weight scale(if u dont have one)and try to maintain the same weight for about 2 weeks.then start trying to lose weight.eat healthier,eat alot less,join a sport,and if u r hungry,do something that will keep ur mind off of food until the next meal.and most importantly,dont give up!it WILL be hard,just set up mini-goals for yourself and u WILL lose weight!

Kari changing your bad habits, to good habits remember eating small healthy poritons will help you with your weight loss, drink lot of water, remember excrise very slow small steps, walking, remember weigthloss does not happen over night!! Kari!!! you can do this !! with supprot from people on this borad, eating healthy and excirseing!!! weight loss takes a lot of fighting and effort
