Hi I want to know what the low carb diet is and what you eat and not eat. I also need help with meals please tell me things to eat. I'm gonna start packing my lunch.

i only eat carbs and im just a little overweight like maybe 3 pounds.

Hi, my mom's on a low carb diet and my family like me and my dad more less eat what she eats and its like meat, cheese, saliad, and vegteables, and you might want to look at the carbs on everything you eat before you eat it. I love it! Even though I'm not on the diet like I said me and my dad eat about what she eats so you know, what I mean! But you should try it! But I forgote one thing about the low carb diet egg's is another thing your suppose to eat if you do the diet you should get scrambled eggs if you like them, and sprinckle cheese on them and let it melt it is the bomb! Or even fried eggs are good to I have never tried them with cheese but you never know! But, you should try it to see if it works! My mom has lost 4 or 5 pounds on it so far and she has only been doing it for about a week or two! It would be very good for you if you like thet type of stuff! You should try it!

Personally I don't like the low carb diet because its impossible for me to stay on but thats just my opinon. Things that have a lot of carbs that you should eat none or very little of are: Bread (That includes whole wheat, rye, white...every kind. There is some "low carb" bread but I've never had it and I'm not sure if there is alot of carbs in it or not.), Pasta, Cereal, Almost anything with a lot of sugar. Some good things to eat are: Meat, Vegtables and Fruits...Good Luck!!! *Rachel
