first you need to let your parents know and ask them to help you by not buying junk food and cooking healthy food so that you have no excuse for eating junk food.
to eat three health meals a day. And you can have health snacks which could be an apple, yogurts, and you should try to cut as much junkfood out of your diet as possible and drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day

Try running it'll help. I used to hate running I could never breathe. When I realized how fast I was I loved running. I had big leg then I started running and they got smaller. If you have seen my message you may think I should run but I haven't got as much time. It sustains my weight for now but my stomach is fat not my legs. Hope my advice helps.
