i am 11 years old i weigh 135lbs and i am 5ft exactly. i want to weigh less than 90lbs before i get into middle school.

I went into my middle school at 5 ft and about 115.... I was in 7th grade at 5'2 and 145 pounds.. now i am in 8th grade i started the year at 5'5 125 pounds now i am atounrd 130 im going on a holiday weight loss to getback what i am getting at as your body changes you automaticly lose weight even if i worked at it,,,

hold the phone!! you really don't kneed to lose anymore weight what you kneed to do is just watch what you eat walk around you block and when you get into middle school you will lose weight cause i did

Hi Sara-Margeret. I used to be a bit overweight too. My advice is that you gradually eat less and less calories like eat an apple or some other fruit for breakfast, a salad, another fruit, and some protien like turkey or chicken or fish for lunch, and some more veggies, and protien for dinner. You can maybe have fruit or veggies for snack and make my fudge recipe which I put below this letter for you for dessert. Hey, you may end up losing the weight you want in only a few months! Sometimes, I only end up eating 1,000 calories a day. It really helps and now, I am as happy as ever about my weight!
Fudge recipe:
Unsweetened charob powder (ask a worker at the market for it.)
1 teaspoon of fructose (Fruit sugar which is sweeter than real sugar and is in the bulk section at the supermarket.)
And last a quarter of a cup of non-fat milk.
