Ht. 5'0", Start: 150 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Will someone help me im overweight and when i tell my friends about it they lie and say your not alot of other skinney kids dont understand what its like to be maked fun of and cry yourself to sleep some nights so will someone please give me tips or something to help my problems

Eat better foods- When you open the fridge for a snack pick the fruit or veggies.. not the cookies and ice cream
Small proportions- Don't eat too much and fill yourself to the brim, eat small.
Extercise- Get on your bike, walk your dog, swim, ect.
Talk to parents- Tell them how u feel, They will help

Hey Haylee eat small portions, drink lots of water ( expectualy before eating) and exercise! It might be hard at first it'll get easier!!
