Ht. 5'4", Start: 205 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 115 lb - Everyone should try the Atkins diet!! I have been doing it for about 8 mo. Now I have lost 50 lbs! I started out by eating 20 carbs a day, eating low carb foods (ex. Meat,cheese,veggies). To loose even faster all I eat is meat, cheese, and veggies, and I don't keep track of any carbs so I can eat however much I want. I lost 5 lbs. In a week, no joke! I still want to lose 35 lbs. by the summer so if your having trouble you should really try this!!!!

Omg I've done this and lost 15lbs! 2 1/2 weeks! Its awesome!
