Ht. 5'3", Start: 137 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 100 lb - OMG!!! I had a massive binge. I ate 8 mince pies (300 calories EACH) then I ate a family sized bag of Doritios and then two packets of biscuits. This was followed by pizza and Ica cream for dinner. I'm soo FAT not that i burst my top. HELP!!! HOW DO I STOP BINGING??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!

I kinda agree, healthy snacks I try but my brother is gaining weight...soo...i hope you are ok xxx

Try to think of what foods make you full when you don't eat that much. Use that food as a snack. If you crave food, just drink water.

I am very worried. You know you can't do that. I saw this TV show about this kid with Prader-Willi Syndrome, a condition where you don't know when you're full. His parents padlocked the pantry and refrigerator. If you continue with this binge, please try this.

keep a bottle of water w/ u all the tome, so if u feel hungry, ull drink the water instead

I already walk, play netball and swim, but my parents wont but healthy snacks and i fight my brother all the time but i cant sto binging and my ripped shirts total s now 6 and 2 pairs of trousers

You can try a sport! If you don't already play one. Also try not have snacks like that around in the house. Tell your parents to buy healthier snacks and food

do u have any younger siblings? try wrestiling with them, you'll always win and the calories will just slide off
