if i were you i wouldnt loose weight jusy be your self just exercise and drink water wat always happens 2 me is that i loose weight in the summer and go really fat in the winter

I used to be overweight too. If you want to lose weight I suggest try gradully eating less and less calories and don't eat whatever you want, eat maybe an apple for breakfast, some turkey and a salad for lunch fruits and veggies for snack, and more protien for dinner. Sometimes I only eat a thousand calories in a day!

hi i go to crestview and i know that my gym teacher helped me i just asked about health and exercise like i ask him if i could stay after and run track he said yes and i'm startin to lose weight

heres a fun way to lose weight: find a radio station that u lyk and dance like crazy to every song they play for hours. its a great workout and a great way 2 lose urself and feel good

you should drink lots of water, and ask ur mom about sending you to a nutritionist, and have ur doctor help you as well, hopefully you have a family that supports you. watch what u eat. Get involved in after-school activiies!!
