hi im 12 5"5 and 170 i'm huge no one makes in fun of me but all my friends are atlest 150-130 i would like to lose weight but i try everything nothing works I'm in vollyball my basketball seson just got over so that mean i had to exersise a lot but i did not lose nothing so what do i do? love jessie

Hi Jessica. I used to be overweight too. No one made fun of me either, but I still felt bad. I just thought you might be interested in this idea on how to lose weight:
Eat a fruit for breakfast.
Eat a salad, protien, and fruit for lunch.
Eat some fruit or veggies for snack.
For dinner, eat the same thing you had for lunch.
You might want a little treat once in a while, but don't eat to much, and DON'T go back for more!
Everyday, dance, swim, swing your legs when you are sitting down (a hobbie of mine) or do any other exersize whenever you can. Hey, it worked for me!
