Ht. 4'11", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 118 lb - Hi I am Ashlie this is my first day on this website but my third day on Weight Watchers. So today I started my day of with 2 scrambled eggs YUM!But the days before were SO HARD! I was eating right but I just did not feel right (as in physically) but the food that i have been eating is pretty good. Oh i forgot to say I went to the doctor to get my shots and he said if i am not less weight in 3 months he will have to draw my blood!(to c if i have high cholesterol) but i said i will lose some weight! And I will do just that! If you would please give me some advise.

Hey! I'm Ellie, and I'm trying to lose weight, too. My number one rule is to eat a ton of veggies: they're really low-cal, they fill you up, and you won't eat as much later. Also, counting calories doesn't work for me, so instead I count types of food. For example, I might eat one dairy, one grain, one fruit at breakfast, a protein, a grain, and a veggie at lunch, and a protein, a dairy, a grain for dinner, and fruit for dessert.
