HI EVERYBODY REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE I AM SO OVERWEIGHT I WEIGH 197 LB. AND I REALLY NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT IN A 2 MONTHS BECAUSE I HAD A DANCE COMING UP IN 2 MONTHS. PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE I REALLY WANT TO LOOK GOOD IN PRETTY CLOTHES PLEASE WHOEVER IS ON RIGHT NOW PLEASE WRITE BACK THANK YOU SO MUCH

the truth is u cant lose that much weight in a month.its not realistic. if you lose more than 12 lbs its not really good. but then i guess ur metabolism and habits matter too. try to lose 8 lbs by then. no more. u should lose about a lb a week.

Hi I just wanted to give you some advice. I wanted to tell you the most healthiest amount of weight you can lose in 2 months is about 20 pounds. What ou can do is eat what you want just cut it in half, like if you usually have 2 slices of pizza just eat 1 slice. And don't eat alot of sugar seriously try to limit your self and try to restrict all soda or just have only one can a day then drink lots of water and cut down on carbs like bread, pasta, and potatoes and cut down on fried foods too like french fries and fried chicken. And snack on healthy things like fruits and veggies. And exercise try to do 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. Do what you can like biking, walking, ect. But try to add strength exercise do 20 crunches for your stomach, 20 pushups for your chest and arms, and 20 squats or lunges for your legs and butt. When ever you feel tempted to pig out or not exercise just thing to yourself of how that pig out you want to have can totally ruin your diet. Stick with it and you will be a happier healthier you! And don't stop after the dance keep going.
