It isn't possible to gain that much FAT from those foods, but water gain is entirely possible. I know becuase I have bad water retention problems, due to taking an antibiotic which my body reacted severely to, and damaged my heart, so I know what you mean. You can eat the wrong thing, swell up, and gain 8 pounds of water. Talk about WEIRD.

er..that's impossible to gain so much weight by eating a chicken sandwhich or an apple. our bodys gain weight when we eat more calories then we burn. there are 3500 calories in a pound. an apple has about 80 calories in it...catch my drift?
