um- marshall- what are you talking about??? the low carb diet means you don't have any sugar becasue anything with sugar in it is really high in carbs. you should research the advice you give out more thoroghly becasue what youi're saying isn't correct. on the low carb diet you can't have any sugar- it doesn't work like there is a low-sugar and there is a low-carb diet are two seperate diets. that's very incorrect...

you should cut down on flour and starch and do sit ups and fast till 300 pm

Hi I saw the message you gave me. Well here is what you should do. For diet you should do a low-sugar or low-carb one or do both. They are both easy.
For a low sugar diet cut out all candy, cake, and cookies but u should not quit them just like that you can treat yourself a little bit like if you are going to go to a party or somethin this weekend be really good and don't have any sweets. Then at the party eat what you want. Ot reward yourself everyday with a small hard candy like a sucker they are better becuse they last longer.
For a low carb diet just cut out bread, pasta and potatoes. Bit lke I said before treat your self. Have your bagel in the morning or piece of toast and don't have anything else same with the party thing I put up there be really good then got to the party and have your pasta, fries etc.
Which ever one you choose you might think well then I can just cut out those things and eat everything else, Well you can but make sure that your portion sizes aren't really big. Okay.
Now for exercise.
Just go for a 20-30 minute a day workout. Like do 20 minutes of biking, walking, etc. then do 20 crunches for your stomach, then do 20 push ups for your chest and arms, and do 20 squats or lunges for your butt and legs. Exercise is really good if you want to lose weight and keep it off.
