Hi guys Im 4'7 and I weigh like 140 pounds. My tummy is huge and squishy and people in school come and squeeze it and then run away because I am 2 slow to catch them. My mommy once when all of my family was all together picked my shirt up and showed evryone my flab and my brothers were laughing. I feel bad when my mommy says I am a fat cow who eats too much and my daddy says that he will love me mor if I lose some waight. My brothers call me porkchops and my doctor says I weigh too much and that I am too chubby. I can't tie my shoes cuz then my tummy hurts and no clothes will fit me I love food and my mommys a good cook but she makes me eat just a carrot so I sneak choclate cake behind her back. I keep getting fatter and fatter plese help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your parents are VERY rude they should give you some advice you should be eating more than a carrot but if your mom refuses to give you more DON'T eat cake eat another friut or veggie and if you are still hungry than eat another one. By feeding you only a carrot your stomache is being starved so then it will hold on to the bad fats already in your stomache and that will make you fat! Good Luck USE MY ADVICE TRUST ME IT'S TOTALLY TRUE!!!!!!

Sweetie, Listen your parents are trying to be mean but, they should not talk to you that way they just want you to lose some weight. but, your a child your still growing i am 5'0, 12 and 130 pounds which i am also very muscleuar but, just eat right and excersize a lot and yeah you need to drink a lot of water and it will help cravings if you ever need anything feel free to e-mail me at imasweetlilangel101@hotmail.com, much luv, Jessie

Hey,
I understand what your going through! and i know all those cravings.But...when ever you have a craving maybe you should drink a glass of water to help the cravings.Water has no calories so you wont gane weight! and you need to drink 6-8 glasses a day (also you can find diet soda that has no calories)Good luck i hope i helped!! carry

I know Im not supposed to post on this board, but you sound like you need a bit of help. First of all, you need to have some self control. I dont want to sound mean. But yoiu need to practice this. Say no to yourself. Im older than you so take it from me, please, be strict with yourself. It is very hard, im the first to admit it, but youll feel stronger after it. And dont sneak the cake if your parents are trying to help you by making you eat healthy. If you think it is hard now, wait til you get into the swing of puberty. The focus is purely on your body. This is shallow, but its true. I really want to help you, but you need to want to help yourself. That means saying no. I think that it is very mean and insensitive for your parents to act that way. I think that you should talk to your parents about this. It's not fair that you are treated this way, and that you feel you have to sneak food. Your parents should know that this is not the way to help someone who feels bad about their weight. Again, try talking to them about how you feel.

Sweetie if you want to lose weight you have to do it for yourself and not because your mom says so or your dad says he will love you more when you do. Dont worry about your brothers its there job to call you names! Just call them names back like butt head or something. Dont let anyone call you names you stand up for who you are because you are a beautiful individual. Tell your parents you want to see a dietician they are a doctor who helps people lose weight. She/he will be very understanding and help you to lose weight. Also tell your mom its ok to have her cooking as long as you just have little bits like 1/2 of what you would normally have. Remember you are only young and you have the rest of your life, so just think "this time next year ill be healthier" and work towards that. Good luck and remember that your family loves you even though it may not seem like that sometimes. :-)
