I need to loose 46 pounds.I'm doing crunches and exercizes,but I don't think it's helping.I really rather be a size 3 than 13.Please help!

Hey carly a healthy weight range 4 u is 119 to about 89 lbs. just set a goal to get to 130, then go from there.Good luck:)
