Well first of all before you eat a meal drink a big glass of water, it fulls you up so you dont eat as much. If you eat large portions eat half of what you eat and save the rest for later. Try and exercise after you eat. Eat slowly because you get full faster. Eat mabey a piece of candy each week. (depending how big it is) if you would like more advie e-mail me at Cutiestar23@aol.com
