Feel lucky. I'm 10 pounds more than u anyways right now im having yogurt for breakfast along with milk ^^ that should work and maybe run around shooting hoops pretending ur the MVP (it helps) lol if u need anymore advice come to me ^^

Hi my name is Marshall and I have some advice for you.
Do not eat alot of red meat like steak. Cut out as much junkfood as you can. Cut out sodas completely drink 5 or more glasses of water a day. Cut all the normal potions that you eat in half. Jog or walk around the block or neiborhood then do 30 sit ups and some leg exercizes like squats or lunges.
