Hey! I have a really good one that my mom taught me, do pleas (Like in Ballet) it hurts but it's excellant one you can handle a few do more and more.

Hello ! My name is Megan. Heres a leg move. Give it a try!! Sit on flat ground, Spread your legs as far as you can, push yourself up and hold it for 5 sec. do that three time every day. It will hurt so don't worry!! Try it, hope it works!!!
