Ht. 5'2", Wt. 150 - Just to let you know, cottage cheese has a good amount of protein and more impotantly, calcium. My mom told me she went on a diet where she only ate cottage cheese with hot sauce and she lost a lot of weight. I do not believe you should though. Oh, and if you are going to try cottage cheese, get low-fat. I hope this helps you in some way!
