Ht. i am not sure, Wt. 231 - Dear Day, hi! i am now going to give you great excersize tips! 1. Go to any kind of blacktop, and play basketball with a parent, or ask someone that looks your age if you are in a park or any other public place. 2. since you like to watch tv, jog in place, or do jumping jacks the whole time you watch. 9you can take breaks on commercials)3.try running around the block and have someone time you. a fun way to do this is to try and beat your old score, so you know that you are getting better at running!4. try kicking a soccerball as hard as you can, so it goes the farthest distance. then, run as fast as you can to get it, then keep doing that. 5. if you like to eat, make sure your food is healthy, and if you have an urge to eat something, just tell yourself it is disgusting, and try pretending that it is something unedible.also use a tiny plate, so that you will eat less than normal.(only 4 or 5 healthy things, and a glass of water)5.go onto www.byou.com, and if you can, buy it(i am not urging you to spend your money, but it sounds good.) thanks for returning my message!, tell me how it works out!
