Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 - Okay, anyone who wants an awesome weight loss tip, READ THIS!!! The next time you're at Publix or Wal*Mart or something, buy a huge bottle of water. Then whenever you're hungry, just drink a whole bunch of water and you'll be really full. It workes really great at around 2:00 for lunch. Then, it'll probably hold you over till lunch! It worked for me! My mom said that it's a trick from Weight Watchers! GOOD LUCK!!!
