Hey Hun, here's some tips on how to lose weight: ~Drink lots of water! It helps you in so many ways. ~Keep active! The absolute worst thing to do is sit in front of the tv all day. Start moving! Go into your room, turn on an upbeat CD and dance! Take a long walk around the block(or your yard). Do jumping jacks! Anything active will do. Just make sure to do something that gets your heart beating for 20 minutes, 3-4 times a week. And once you get used to regular exercise, you can do 30 minutes, 5 times per week. BUT check with your doctor first. ~Find healthy snacks, such as fruit, and replace your unhealthy snacks with the healthy ones. Eat slowly so that your body has a chance to tell you when it's full! ~And no matter what, NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!! I know you can do this. ~If possible, join a gym after your doctor's permission. If that's not possible, then just stick with being active at home. I take brisk walks around my yard.
