Ht. 5'2", Start: 139 lb, Today: 143.5 lb, Goal: 110 lb - the key to loosing weight is to -drink LOTS of water-it removes toxins from your body and helps you look better in plenty of ways -exercise half an hour at least4-5 times a week-that means do cardio and even things like yoga just any exercise.join a sport go for a swim -NO MORE JUNK FOOD-you need to eat healthy-that means fruit vegies meat milk water but no chips or candy.you can have it every once in a while you need to keep with it and follow.dont give up imagine yourself skinny and work hard for it make it a goal to be skinny my the time school starts next year you wont regret it good luck
