Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 160 lb - hey guys, well i know im supposed to be in the teens group but i just wanted to know if you guys can help me. i want to be 153 by september 13. and i need a good plan. the thing with me for 4-5 days i'll be running and eating so good but then i suddenly go back to my old ways. so i need a good exercise plan. and school starts on tuesday and i wanted to be 155 but it's beter that being 167. so if you have ne tips or tell me what you guys do to lose weight it will be really nice of you. and btw, i'm a vegetarian. i eat eggs, and milk but no fish or meat. thanks! =)
