Ht. 155 cm, Start: 50 kg, Today: 55.2 kg, Goal: 40 kg - Hi just a question im gaining weight and I am trying with exercise and diet and nothings happening so I dont know what to do. I think thought the problem with me is how much bread I eat I luv it my dads not happy with that so I try potatoes and then dad and arent happy so Im finding it hard to find alternatives any tips?
