Ht. 5'9", Start: 187 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ahhh ive been sucking xp but mostly because its been winter break. but im going back tomorrow! which means gym, lots of walking, and (gosh darn) unhealthy food. but i usually only get water and a subway when i can, and maybe cheezits. is that good? any other suggestions? thanks a ton (:
