hey everyone i know i have posted a message on here twice already and i know this will be my 3rd time but i have a problem.. My grandparents and my mom are always saying "your legs and thihghs are too fat you have to watch what you eat".. but the thing is i do watch what i eat but that doesnt seem to work like once or twice a week i do yoga but that doesnt work either. somebody please help me. somebody help me lose weight in my legs and help me be skinnier in my thighs/legs and in my stomach.
