i am 12-years-old and i weigh 120 pounds. i am on a summer swim team and i have been going to a basketball camp, so i have been gettin a lot of excersize. i dont eat an enormous amount of junk food either. i am tired of going on a 1 week diet and then getting fed up with it and quitting. something else that is making me fed up is that all of my other friends eat just as much as i do and they're skinnier then me!! i need a good way to loose weight. please help!!!
