ok... well i have been eating a lot of junk food lately :( well anyways i have an exersise plan.. first off everydays at 5 i will go for a bike ride wit one of my friends for 20 - 30 mins and i will run around outside for at least 25 mins a day and while i watch t.v. (WwE rockz) :) i will be doing crunches jumpin jacks and push ups to help me. and when i wake up i will do 25 crunches and when i go to bed i will do 25 more everynight and iwill try to eat less junk food and eat healthier and im 5ft or 5'1 and i think im 160 now i will weigh myself tomorrow tho. YAY b-day on friday! ;) well anyways wish me luck and good luck everybody!
