hey u guys thx 4 the advice i found sumthang to make u full and its no calories.Ok well if you ever get hungry get a big glass and fill it with crushed ice and then fill it with cold water and u can have that in it fills me up so then i wont have a snack and it is no calories! and this is what i did i played tennis 4 30 minutes today and then i had dance 4 1 and a half hours so it comes out to a total of 2 hours. is that enough? plus me and a friend made up a exercize routine cuz we r losing weight together i am so hopin u can lose liek 10 pounds n 26 days cuz my birthday is march 27 which is easter and my birthday party will b soon n since i live n florida on the beach so ya agh!!!!!!!!! i still need help w. thighs n butt!!!!!! thx again bye
