Hey anyone who wants to loose weight... i have some ideas....first of all if you have a lot of junk food crap in your house, ask your parents to get involved, go to the store and buy healthy foods and get rid of the stuff you already have so you wont get tempted....second, get an exersize routine working...i have a video like windsor pilates plus i play basketball soccer and softball. Whenever you get hungry and its not mealtime, chew a piece of gum or go out to walk or run for 10 minutes. keep busy so you wont think about being so hungry. portion your meals and dont eat a lot of snacks unless their like fruit or something. and lastly stop reading this stuff on the computer and START DOING SOMETHING about it!!!!! ok hope i helped!
