Ht. 4'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 87 lb - hey, i'm samantha's older sister. i used to be overweight too, so i know hoe u must feel. i think i can help. start with walking around your block for 20 minutes every day for a week or two. when u feel ready, start speed walking, then jogging, then running. remember to bring only water with u, not fruit drinks, it'll help. or, if you don't like walking or running, try bikes or scooters. if you dothis, you'll definitly lose more weight. next, instead of taking fruit drinks,or using crystal light and stuff like this, only drink water, even when you are hungry for a snack, because it fills you up. for snack, celery with peanut butter, or better, celery and a pinch of salt. yum. or, baby carrots and ranch dip. for lunch, try whole wheat bread, or two days in the week you can bring a salad. home lunches are much healthier thsn school lunches. for dinner, look online for something with vegtables, or no meat. less meat, and eating less bread will definitly help you lose weight. whenever you feel like eating extra then the three basic meals, keep yourself busy with a glass of water,or going outside. please try this if you want to guaranteed lose weight. tell me how it goes. thanx.
