Ht. 5'7", Start: 197 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 190 lb - Hi everyone. I'm new to this website and still figuring my way around. I weigh about 200 pounds. I'm actually not sure what i weigh because we don't have a scale. The last time i got my weight was in march at the doctors. I don't know what to put in the goal weight so I just entered a number. I have been overweight sense I was 8 or 9, and just have slowly been gaining weight. Now with this virus, I feel like I have been gaining more weight. I absolutely love junk food. I could eat a hole container of ice cream. When I'm home alone, I will just plop on the couch and eat junk food in front of the tv. The virus has not effected me with school cause I'm homeschool(and have been sense 2nd grade). Is there anyone who could give some advice on what to do for my weight? Or help me navigate around blubberbuster? Thanks! I appreciate it.
