Ht. 4'11", Start: 125 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I need help losing weight but there are no "distracting" things I can do (things I enjoy) often. Usually I can only excersice on my wii, unless I have gym class. Sometimes my parents and I go out with my scooter or soccer ball on the weekends, but only every now and then. What should I do since I can't excersise much? I don't know how much I weigh now since I don't have a scale, so I just put the same weight as the starting weight.
