Ht. 5'1", Start: 123.4 lb, Today: 105 lb, Goal: 90 lb - Hey guys I'm going to be sharing a recipe with you so let's get started.Since all the players know that today is Friday which is healthy recipe day.Today I'll be telling you a recipe which I make a lot of times for breakfast. For all of those who know the famous French dish crepe.Yes I will be giving you a recipe for a healthy crepe so let's get started.Ingredients:1/4 cup milk,1/3 cup rolled oats,1 egg,1 banana, 1spoonful of cinnamon,4 strawberries. So first you have to blend the oats in your blender. After they're blended don't take them out of the blender.Put 1/4 cup milk,1 egg, a spoonful of cinnamon, and 1/2 of your banana. So cut banana in half and put half in blender. Then blend these ingredients I just told you including the oats. There's your batter. To make the crepe put some oil on your pan and pour the batter not the entire batter just a decent amount since crepes are very thin. Then you just kind of wiggle the batter around so it fills up the whole area of the pan and it doesn't have to but if it does great. So you just then make crepes. This much batter makes 3 crepes so then after you make your first then make the other 2.For the filling of the crepe cut up the 4 strawberries and the other half of the banana then just put the fruits in your crepe and roll the crepe up.For some sweet topping you can sprinkle some cinnamon or put some syrup but no sugar.Enjoy your crepe. One crepe is wait for it only 81 calories can you believe it so fillin and so healthy while a crepe from a breakfast place would be like 200 calories.Amazing right reply below if you tried and share your review. Also what do you want for next time healthy pizza or healthy donuts reply below!!
