Hey peoples! I moved to Colorado over the summer, and I was determined to lost weight. Once I got here I started to eat better foods, and ride my bike and walk my dog once or twice everyday. And I now weigh 130, I used to weigh 140. I am very proud of myself. If u were like me, and you are reading these bulletins and thinking, I wish I was like those people who lost 10-15- or 20 pounds, well you can! I know you are reading this and thinking yah, sure, whatever, but you can. Trust me, if you knew how I was before--- I was positive that I had all of the bad luck in the world when it came to losing weight, but I soon realized I didn’t. I am planning to lose 10 more pounds by the time winter break is over, and then lose 10 more pounds by the end of school so I will look awesome for 8th grade. All you have to do is watch what you eat! You can eat all of the foods you like, but just not to much of it, and instead, when you are over at a friend’s house and they ask you what you want to drink, skip the coke and go right for the water. When the teacher passes out candy at school, make someone else happy and give it to them instead of you eating it. All of these simple things helped me to lose weight. I rode my bike around a lake 3 times a day and in 2 weeks I lost 5-6 pounds. I know that seems like such little weight in such a long time, but trust me, once a month has gone by you will feel great!!! You can do it!
