Ht. 5'5", Start: 9 st 5, Today: 10 st 2, Goal: 9 st 0 - Ok, so I've be and I have decided that I would like to get down to 9 stone (126 lbs). I have lost 12lbs thiss week but I amm now ill and I cant really go out of the house, so i'll probably gain a few pounds. I lost an inch off my belly (from around the belly button) but my waist measurement is still 30 inches (maximum without health concequences). I lost weight simply by listtening to what my body needs, not what it wants. If I'm hungry I'll have an apple, or some low calorie foam sweets (great for satisfying a sweet tooth. only 30 calories each!). I also cut back on my carbs, they produce insulin which makes your blood sugar go haywire. Thats probably why I was always hungry. I haven't cut them out, I have just cut them back to a reasonable size, one slice of toast, not four. I'm creating a blog about my weight aswell. It'll be called, but it won't be ready yet. Ill post here when it's open. Hope you all the best in your weight loss, and I hope I get well, but apparently It could last weeks :(
