From helen, child's age 15 cardio is great (running,walking,riding bikes,swimming,jumproping all that fun stuff) also if you want tone do crunches for your stomach and lunges,squats for your legs do about twenty of each a night slow your intake of food down to about 1,200-1,500 a day and you will see results in about a week increase the intensity of your workout when it becomes less of a challenge..DRINK A LOT OF WATER that helps too
