cardio is great (running,walking,riding bikes,swimming,jumproping all that fun stuff) also if you want tone do crunches for your stomach and lunges,squats for your legs do about twenty of each a night slow your intake of food down to about 1,200-1,500 a day and you will see results in about a week increase the intensity of your workout when it becomes less of a challenge..DRINK A LOT OF WATER that helps too i hope you reach your goal GOOD LUCK!
