~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that your child is overweight or that you want them to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator. If the calculator says that your child is healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that they are overweight or that you want them to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

If you are an adult and not a parent, type your child's age as '0'

From Rosa, child's age 16

My son Oliver has always been a very picky eater and thus weve always had problems getting him to eat healthy, and unfortunately the food he does like is very calorie dense. Hi appetite has ballooned since he became a teenage, as expected but the increased calories really hasnt done well for him. Standing at 5 foot 10, he started HS at about 170 pounds, a bit chubby but nothing we were too worried about, but now 2 years later, his weight has gone way up, 250 pounds. I really dont know what to do, he no longer fits in any of his clothes and has a massive belly now.
