~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that your child is overweight or that you want them to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator. If the calculator says that your child is healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that they are overweight or that you want them to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

If you are an adult and not a parent, type your child's age as '0'

From Jesse, child's age 11

I'm worried about my son Leo.He was always thin but has been putting on a lot of weight since last Christmas. I'm a single dad and try to have healthy meals with fast food and pizza once in a while. Leo is always hungry now and complains if I don't have enough food for him to eat seconds. We went to the pool today and he's beyond chubby now. Any ideas about how I can help him to not eat so much? For example breakfast this morning for him was a big bowl of cereal, orange juice, and 4 pieces of toast.
