PARENTS BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that your child is overweight or that you want them to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator. If the calculator says that your child is healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that they are overweight or that you want them to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

If you are an adult and not a parent, type your child's age as '0'

Check here if you are a teen or preteen and type your age in the Child's Age box

From Kay, child's age 11

My daughter Phoebe is 4ft 7" and her weight is literally off the charts. It can't be displayed on a bmi age percentile growth chart. The doctor says she is in the 100th percentile and has a bmi of 60. She weighs 258lbs. I believe this means she is morbidly obese. She weighs 100lb more than me and I am 4ft taller than her and have an on the cusp of obese with a bmi of 29.8. I don't want my daughter to die before I do.
