~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that your child is overweight or that you want them to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator. If the calculator says that your child is healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that they are overweight or that you want them to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

If you are an adult and not a parent, type your child's age as '0'

From L., child's age 17

Hi everyone, I need some advice. I have two sons, Ben who is 16 and Spencer who is 17. Both of them are quite overweight, Ben being 220 at 5’8 and Spencer being 245 at 5’10. Whenever I try to bring up their weight they both will refuse to talk about it! They were always larger children but over the last year they’ve gotten quite large. I don’t know how to address the situation or have a solution that could work in mind. If anyone has any advice please share!
