~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that your child is overweight or that you want them to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator. If the calculator says that your child is healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that they are overweight or that you want them to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

If you are an adult and not a parent, type your child's age as '0'

Check here if you are a teen or preteen and type your age in the Child's Age box

From jasmine, child's age 26

My daughter is a beautiful girl with a huge heart. I don't think she realizes she has a weight problem. My problem is how do I say something without hurting her feelings. She is 5'3" and weighs about 165, she smokes and is on the pill. So obviously, being overweight is a health issue for her. I am so afraid of hurting her feelings yet I don;t want to sit back and have her health in jeaopardy. Any suggestions?
