If the calculator says that your child is healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that they are overweight or that you want them to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

a small tip is that you shouldnt push your child too far to lose weight. If you constantly force them to eat healthy and exersice you could be destroying their sself esteem and forcing them to rebel. I also read that what you bring into the house is most likely what theyll eat. thios is completely true. If you keep depriving your child of cravings and sweets they will binge eat, i almost guarantee it. It needs to be a balance between healthy and small portions of maybe low-fat unhealthy foods.
