Heres a list of some healthy snack alternatives that children might enjoy. 1.Baskin Robbins frozen yogurt compared to other ice cream places such as coldstone,oberweis,etc. 2.Baked lays snack chips 3.sliced apples with caramel dip 4.corn puffs 5.healthy choice tv dinners 6.granola bars and fruit snacks 7.natural flavored water Also healthy alternatives that one would use in every day cooking would be splenda which contains half the calories of regular sugar, miracle whip which has 75 percent less fat then mayonaise, chicken instead of beef, and having three servings of dairy a day helps burn fat faster.
