Ht. 5'6", Start: 208 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys, I've been in a terrible funk for a couple months now. I seriously don't know what is wrong with me. I cannot stop eating, it feels like it's not even me doing it. I keep just eating everything and anything all the time and I have NO SELF CONTROL whatsoever. I am starting to seriously disgust myself. I have no idea how to stop it, I keep telling myself everyday "today will be the day, im gonna eat healthy and go for a run" and everyday ends the same, it's like im possessed. the thing that sucks the most is i know how great i would feel if i started being healthy and exercising daily but I still continue to make myself feel terrible and sick and miserable. I am so sick of dealing with weight issues, I feel like my whole life has revolved around my eating habits and disorders. I just want to live a normal life and think about other things besides my... Ht. 5'10", Start: 247.5 lb, Today: 247.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Hey everyone! I haven't been on this site in probably 4 years if not more!! I used to weigh a healthy 185 ish and really hope to get back down again. 4 months ago I had a beautiful baby boy and my weight changed drastically. I had gained 65 lbs with my pregnancy and so far have lost 55lbs of the 65 gained. I've been having trouble dropping this last 10 lbs for bout 3 months now. I'm to the point where Idc if I even eat anymore I want to lose it so bad. I know starvation mode but I'm so busy with my lil one during the day that I could easily go without eating. I workout every other day but i wonder if i should work out daily again. Help :(

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI: 43), Goal: 165 lb - Hello everyone, so i haven't posted anything in a while because i was a little upset and frustrated with myself. I was doing so well and for some reason i let everything going on in my life get to me. It has been a very difficult month and i gained about 6 pounds which is really upsetting. I know that i can do this but it's been a year and all i've lost is 30 which makes me mad. I know dorming affects alot of my food choices but i get mad at myself for not being stronger. Well i'll be home for 3 months in just 4 days which will be very good for me and i know this summer there will be alot of weight loss. I know i can do this and no matter what i wont give up because i want to finish this thanls everyone and good luck this week.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 155 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 165 lb - Hey everyone! So i haven't been on this site in about 5 years! I used to come on all the time when I was younger and weight around 200 pounds. Since then I went down to around 155 just through eating less sweets and stuff and doing exercise. At the end 2009 I was at my lowest weight of about 155, and I felt so good! But study and work got in the way and I was eating HEAPS of junk food and went up to 198, a couple of months I started going back to the gym and atm im down to 183 but i want to eventually get back to 150ish. Im setting smaller goals so it doesnt seem like such a huge amount. Im going to try and post my food and exercise every few days just to try and stay motivated because thats my biggest problem. I can being doing really well for like 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden i just stop and think its too hard so I need you guys to help keep me on track :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 237 lb, Today: 129 lb (BMI: 20), Goal: 130 lb - Hey Everyone! Here is a great site to help you with your eating...I recently bought the Hungry Girl recipe book "300 under 300" which is 300 meal ideas for 300 calories or less! You can buy the book on Amazon.com for rather cheap! The site has other features that are worth looking at as well. Enjoy :) http://www.hungry-girl.com/

Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 123.4 lb (BMI: 23), Goal: 110 lb - Hello all! It's been awhile since I've posted on here. Not much to relate. I've basically been fluctuating the same 5 pounds for about 4 months now. I finally seem to be moving in the right direction though so I'm quite happy about that. Not really sure where my goal weight will end up at this point. Anywhere from 110-120 most likely, depending on how I look. The family seems to think I'd be too small at 110, but then again, I've never been that size so who knows? Hope everyone's been doing well so far. Keep up the hard work all!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 278 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - Guys, I am so sick of being overweight. It has seriously affected my life in so many ways and I despise it, but for some reason I cannot stick to eating healthy/exercising. I've been trying to lose weight since I was 12 years old and I've accomplished nothing; the only way the scale has gone is UP since then. When I was in seventh grade, I weighed around 200 pounds... that was about 6 years ago, and now I'm like 278. I've been at this weight(or just in the 270's) for a few years now. So basically, I gained like 75 pounds or so in just a few years. ANYWAY, I think I'm finally ready to accomplish my goals. I am sick of letting this affect my life so much, and I'm sick of being fat. If anyone has advice or tips, reply please and tell me? :) Thank you!

But now my asthma is getting worse and I know that I need help - please can someone advise me and motivate me, I can't see things getting better at the moment :\ thank you x

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - my god i've been slacking. if i had stuck to my healthy eating and working out in january, i could be like 20 pounds lighter by now! so yesterday i decided to start all over again. so far so good, i ate 1200 calories yesterday and did 45 minutes of cardio, and today ive eaten very healthy but can't workout because i work until 10 and have class in the morning, but my job consists of standing and walking a lot and lifting etc. so i should be fine. If anyone wants to know how to calculate how long itll take to lose whatever amount of pounds in whatever amount of time, go to this website... http://www.cookingnook.com/calorie-calculator.html it even tells you how many calories to eat. i find it very helpful. well i hope everyones doing great, keep it up guys

Ht. 5'7", Start: 307 lb, Today: 263.2 lb (BMI: 41), Goal: 150 lb - So, I just looked back at my weight log and I was wondering how long I have been in the 260's. Well since November 27th! That is just ridiculous. It's my fault too, since I'm always going off and on with my eating healthy. I really need to get into the 250's, that's my main goal right now.

I'm so excited to have people to talk to about my struggles. I'm really wanting somebody to talk to about weight loss. Where is everyone on here from? I'm from Indiana.
