Ht. 5'5", Wt. 157 - hey i just became a memeber of this club-- ive been trying to lose weight for 2 years.. ive gone up and gone down.. its been sooooo hard.. and sometimes i just get soo angry bc its just food and why does it have soo much control over my life.. none of my friends can understand bc theyre all so pretty and skinny and sometimes i feel like the odd one out (and seriously they are all skinnier than me and im not just imagining it) and dont wanna be a downer talking about it so i just keep it all inside.. its a vicious cycle and i wanna do something about it.. i wanna look hot in a bikini like all my other friends and get looked at by guys like all my other friends.. ughh.. so does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do

Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:160 - Hey guys! Well i just wanted to share some healthy snack ideas. They are ssoo good!! Ok, first, take a can of mandarin oranges and drain it. Then spread them out on a plate, and cover it with plastic wrap. Then freeze it overnight or for 3ish hours until they are completely frozen. You can also try this with cherries, grapes, or any other one of your favorite fruits. Sooo good. It almost tastes like a popsicle! Good luck and enjoy! ~x*Celeste*x

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 152 - Hey Everyone!!! I know I haven't been on here for a while so I wanted to give you an update! As of today i've lost 161 pounds overall and I feel wonderful! It's taken alot of hard work but I'm so happy with the results, remember you have to eat to lose weight! Also, there is NO magic pill. Just old fashioned exersize and eating moderately, no diets! :-D

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 220 - Hello,well I have tried many diets but everyone has failed. I think my problem is lack of exercise. The thing is I have really bad asthma and I find that doing a lot of exercise triggers my asthma and then I go into an asthma attack. So what are some exercises that you think would help me, yet it doesn't trigger my asthma too much?

5 ways to make excersize fun!!!

1. You can meet new people. I once met a woman on the next treadmill and she should have been a stand-up comedienne. I don't know if the laughing or the walking burned more calories.

2. Turn around that bad mood. Did you know that exercise dissolves stress!

3.If you make walking your exercise of choice, you can check out the neighborhood for garden ideas.

4. People Watching... stay current in the fashion trends by walking around the mall. Yes, you are still exercising.

5. Exercise in the pool. Has to be the easiest and the most fun. Chances are you will forget that you are exercising at all.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - so i weighed myself today and im at 200 lbs. i thought i was 195 lol! but yeah! im having a really AH day! im bout to smack my grandma she keeps hitting me... but oh well... any ways... today for breakfeast i had a piece of toast, a banana and half a cup of milk. Then i had a taco (its my cheating day so i can) but i didnt eat all of it, and a diet coke, then for dinner i had vegies, and some rice and apple juice...then after dinner i did 20 sit ups, 20 left side sit ups, 20 right side sit ups, and 20 krunches! so i think im doing pretty good! and tomorrow im goin to the gym for about an hour n a half! but anyways, id really like a "weight watching buddy" so if anyone is interested tell me, my email is courtnienm@hotmail.com i cant check my mail cuz for some reason it wont let me...but if anyone has a myspace you can add me my url is www.myspace.com/pimpin_dem_hoes or look for courtnie novaria...and tell me who you are too...well ttyl

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 227 - I wanna know if I was to just drink water instead of soda, sometimes tea and don't eat any junk food. Also walk on a treadmill 6 days a week for 60 min do you guys think I could lose 57 pounds or more by june 1st. Also not cut out certain foods besides junk food but just have smaller portions of food.Tell me what ya'll think.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 167 - So i've been working out an hour and a half a day, and eating very well and drinking lots of water for the past 3 weeks, and ive lost like 2 lbs. i weigh myself every sunday and wednsday and im just so sick of seeing the scale not move. Its really annoying and working out isnt all that fun so should i just give it up?
