Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - right how long do you think it will take me to lose 20lbs if i: eat 1500 cals per day, 2litres of water exercise 6 times a week - 40min cardio 100sit ups and weights? Please help! lol

Ht. 5"9, Wt. 377 - Ok i figured i would post what i eat in a day so i can get some suggestions.
Breakfast: Eggs, sausage/bacon, pankakes
snack:poptarts, chips
Snack:MnM's
Lunch:Pizza, chickein fingers, cheese burgers, taco salad
snack:sandwitches
snack;somthing usualy cookies or browinies
dinner: burgers hotdogs steak baked potato, frenchfries, spagettie, macaronie,bread adbutter, mexican, chineese(have that ALOT!!)
desert-pie and icecream
snack: somthing sweet!!
snack:Sandwitches
Ok i know that its a really bad diet but its what ive been eating. i put like everything that i eat at those meals. i dont Eat ALL thatin oneday lol.

Ht. 5"9, Wt. 377 - I have decided to cut bacon out of my meals as a first stepto being healthy. I ususaly eat alot of it and its one of my favorite foods. If anybody knows any activities i can do while not standing or walking because thats really tough for me for extended periods of time. Like meby an activity where i sit and do something. Yoga meby? I cant really do crunches and obviously not pushups. If anybody knows how to cut the fat on your thighs especily because that would help because they are really to fat to let me do alot of weightloss activites. thanks for everybodys support!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - i went 2 the restaraunt where my sis works at 2day..and they make the best chicken fingers and french fries..but i fought the craving and got a salad with blackened chickin..and it was soo good!..i am so proud of myself..and i still have leftovers!..i had the dressing on the side so i could onbly put a little in..so it was like maybe 300 calories at the most compared 2 like 1000 calories the chicken fingers and french fries would have been!..good luck 2 every1!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 finally!!! - Omg I'm so happy! Woooohoooo!! I'm finally 170!!!!!! Today marks the day that I burnt 60 pounds in my diet since I started!!!! I'm so happy! I was on a plato for sooo long I was stuck in between 175 - 180 now I'm 170!!! I screamed when I weighed myself this morning!!! :) Anyway today I ate Breakfast : oatmeal (150 cals) Lunch: 97% fat free turkey sandwich w/ 35 cal per slice bread and a bottle of water(100 cals) Dinner : BIG salad w/ NO cheese (I'm not eating cheese to many extra cals I don't need, then I had some pineapple. I was a bad girl though my mom made home made cookies and I had a few so to punish myself (in the end I was happy I did this) I worked out for 130 min!! I burnt 1300 cals Yes that's 1300 cals! For a total of 10 miles today!!! Then I'm gonna do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups! So how... (view more)

Ht. 5"9, Wt. 377 - Hi guys. First post. iv recently decided to loose weight.My dad introduced me to this site last night because hes really been trying to help me loose weight. Well i guess im overweight thats why im here and i would like somebody to talk to about it. My dad keeps telling me that i should get more active but its really tough for me because of my weight. Does any other girl on here have big thighs like me. Its really tough to walk very far and i loose breath easily and if there is a way to meby work on those first I would like to. I really think i need help because i dont want to gain over 400 becuase thats a really big number and i dont want to end up like that. Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 159 - I havn't been here in forever.... somehow i managed to come out of the holidays a pound less than we i went into them im pretty stoked about that cause i had alot of encounters with candy pie and chocolate lol.. oh well.. im back on track and focused.. gonna start going to the gym again on monday (im sick so i havn't been able to go) and im gonna lose my other 20 pounds and everything will be gooooood. :). hope everyone is doing good<3

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - Heya everyone, how am i doing today, breakfast - 2 grilled sausages and tomatoes, snack - 2finger kit kat lunch - a roll with low fat spread and dairylea light, tea - plaice and baked beans snacks - 1 granny smith apple and throughout the day drank 2litres of water, cardio 30min 100 situps then 10min on weights. So how am i doing so far? I know i need more vegetables but i wasn't in the mood for many today. At this rate (whatever it is good/bad) how long do you think it will take me to lose 20lbs? any ideas welcome lol! Thanx i hope everyone else is doing ok! xx

Ht. 5ft8in, Wt. n/a - Hey, today was the 1st day of my diet and im pretty excited bcos ive stuck to it quite well i think- plz tell me what u think so here goes- bfast, bowl of special k with semi skimmed milk (200?) lunch-tuna mayo roll with salad (250?) dinner-chicken breast with haggis, broccoli, potatoes and pepper sauce (700?) and ive drunk over 2litres of water, so i think i've done pretty gd, i aint exercised bcos i had a migraine but im hoping to do some 2moro! anywyz plz leave ur replies! ttyl x
