Ht. 5'4, Wt. 148 - well hi, i know about every girl thinks that they are FAT. Well i am one of those girls. i am not as big as some of the girls but i have always, always been on the chubby side. And like all the guys i like go out with super skinny girls and i just wish that i was one of them. i have already checked the calculater.But that really doesnt help put by like how i feel about my wieght. any advice for me plz e-mail me at macyrua123@cableone.net

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170-ish - Hey guys, I went to the doctor on Friday and I decided to bring up my weight issue....My mom has Diabetes so she was worrie that I might end up having it. The doctor told me a lot of good tips but I have no motivation....I really want to lose weight but it's really hard with what is in my house. I have no will power! Like, if there is a candy bar in the fridge, I'll see it and be like "no, I don't need it....", then 10 minutes later I come back and eat it! It gets so annoying and I really don't know what to do. Any advice helps....

Ht. 5ft and 1/2 in, Wt. 149 - today i ate, bacon, and toasted english muffin, water, a small slice of pepperoni pizza, chocolate milk, and tunna melt [ 6inches] chips, grape ginger ale- i did better than i usually do NO SNACKS!yay me!!!but how can i inprove I NEED FEED BACK!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey, y'all! I just figured out how to work on those fatty bits under the arms. I hate them! What you do is you take some hand weights (I use three-pound ones), and you put your arms by your sides. Then you lift them straight up so you make a T with your body. Then, move your arms out in front of you at the same level. Then, keeping them relatively straight, lift them up over your head. Then put them back to in front of you, then back out to the T position thing, then put them down by your sides. So basically once you get them over your head, reverse the motion and do the opposite of what you did. If that is to complicated, just do the first parts: make a T, put them in front of you, go back to the T, then put them down. Or you could even just make the T and put them down again. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 161 - hey everyone! i just wanted to share a GREAT recipe with you guys! theyre called sweet potatoe french fries! im eating them rite now! they taste just like regualr fries but not as fatty!
preheat oven to 450 degrees ferenheight.
ingredients:
one 2lb sweet potato
1 TBS olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
cut the sweet potato in half , then cut into 1/2 inch wedges.
in a large bowl, toss the wedges with the salt pepper and olive oil.
spread the potatoes on a baking sheet evenly.
bake for 17 minutes, then take them out and turn them over.
bake 10-15 minutes longer.
eat while warm.
they are DELICIOUS!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 185 - I've had a weight problem for about 2 years now , I was orignally 155 and really really fit and athletic , in the off season (Dec.-June) I had gained 20 pounds bringing me to 175 and by the try out before summer for the next year i didnt make the team because of my gain , so that summer i sat around all summer and ate and ate and i got up to 198 pounds by july , i worked out the rest of the summer until i was 160 , but much less fit than i was at 155 , after a month or so i got stuck in my old habits and was up to 180 again by that october , and by november i was 190 , since then ive only managed to lose 5 pounds over the past year with a lot of gains and losses since then . how can i quickly shed all this weight and get fit again ?

Tolo is coming up and for my school this is a big thing. Everyone gets the dresses and everyone in my group has the short strapless ones. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of those ugly fatty pockets by your armpit.. haha that sounds kinda weird but if anyone knows.. respond please

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 194 - Hi people i havent been on her in a long while but ive gained alot of weight and i need ADVICE REALLY BAD..... i dont know what to do anymore i dont know why bt its like im always hungry an when i eat its not always healthy. i get made fun of alot and all of my friends are soo skinny and they all boyfriends and it makes me feel so outta place cuz heres thes 4 skinny girls then heres this huge fat girl and i cant find any cloths that fit me and when i do they have to be big cloths and when i find the cute shirts and pants i cant find them in my size and when i do find shirts i like i try them on and all you see is this big fat stomach and i HATE it SOOOOOOOOOOO--> much ii just want a flat stomach and i really want to try out for my schools softball team but im not that fast of a runner cuz im so fat i really... Ht. 5'6, Wt. 254 - realistically. with weight watchers. with moderate exersice. how much do u all think i could lose by may? 7 months. im graduating this year. i have prom this year. im going away over seas for the summer. no excuses but i had gotten down to 220 and i was so happy b/c i had lost like 40 lbs the right way. but between alot of things going on with my family my depression and all, iv gained it back and i feel horrible. please help. i know i cant lose alot b/c of me. i dont have too much willpower. im asking for realistic advice not "oh you can lose like 80lbs by then." because i cant.

Ht. 5'2`, Wt. 156 - Hey there...I've been doing the Billy Blanks exersices for about 3 weeks and i have been doing really well,kinda, lol, but anywho i lost 2 pounds like a week which is really good for me i guess and then the next I lost another 2 pounds....i used to be around 161, now im 156!! yay!!! tehe....but yea i was watching wat i was eating and in small portions and drank water everytime i felt hungry just for the heck of it.....but yea im pretty proud of myself and i am going to put more posts up here when i lose more weight. :)

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 236 - i have been over weight for a long time now.. it started when my girlfriend dumped me.. i couldnt stop eating away my depression.. i have to friends now and people call me fatass and names along those line.. My B.O has gotten really bad to the point i have to shower twice aday and no one likes to stand by me.. IN P.E the teacher told me "hey kid you need to take a god damn shower" i started to cry and now im known as the fat cry baby that has bad B.O
